Flowchat for the Line:
Step 1: the cans will be arranged and lined up in advance by the can arranger
Step 2: Fish Tuna/Sardine Seafoodwill be conveyed and weighed through the vertical conveyor and multi-head weigher then fill into the can
Step 3: the oi/soup filler will fill the oil or soup into the can
Step 4: the can will be gone through the exhause box for vacuuming purpose
Step 5: the automatic can sealer will seal the lids of the can one by one
Step 6: the cans will be put into the sterilization oven
Step 7 : the automatic labeling machine will label the can one by one
Step 8: the can arranger will collect all the cans in the end.

Exhaust Box
After the can to be filled with oil/soup and tranferred through conveyor into the exhaust box, the can will be heated by the steam, which will drain away the air from the can and to realize the vacuum effect to avoid the oxidation of the meat and soap inside.
Sealing Machine
1. The machine is controlled by PLC system and touch screen for easy and durable operation.
2.The production capacity is 50 cans per minute, which is 2 to3 times of semi-automatic can sealing machine, it adopts full automatic cap loading and sealing device, save time and manual work, and improve production efficiency.
3. There are four seaming rollers around the chuck for better balance. The seaming rollers will never be rusty with stronghardness because of the chrome steel material.
4.go through strict quality control procedure before delivery including protocol of the seam dimensions and seam leakage test.
5. Applicable for sealing of various tin cans, aluminum cans and all kinds of round cans.
