PCB depaneling router is the process of removing numerous smaller, individual boards from a larger tab panel during manufacturing.
Most PCBs are routed, which leaves the individual circuits connected to the panel frame by narrow tabs. The tabs are broken or snapped to singulate the circuits.

The line width and line spacing of the current PCB board are narrower,
