Fast Medium Wave Infrared Emitters with Gold Coating for Glass Cutting
Twin-Tube infrared lamps are manufactured of 8-shape high-purity clear quartz twin tub, each tube has heating coil of tungsten material which runs in U shape in the tube which is filled with halogen gas. Gold reflector or white coating can be applied on tube surface for maximum efficiency, due to reflector heat loss from backside is prevented and thus power saving is achieved. And double tubes design provides the infrared emitters with numerous advantages such as higher radiation density and improved mechanical stability, better focus and so on. Dimensions of all the infrared emitters are manufactured to match the requirements.

Fast response medium wave infrared emitters have same product processing as short wave infrared lamps, made up from coiled tungsten filament and surrounded by a quartz glass and kinds of halogen gas. It belongs to vacuum lamp.
Fast medium wave heaters can design twin tube IR emitters with different filament configurations. This allows extraordinary flexibility both in terms of heated area modularity and lead wire position. The picture below represents some of the most common filament configuration.

QUICKLY offers infrared emitters which coated with gold and white reflector , they can emit heat directly to the product. A gold or white coating on the infrared emitters reflects the infrared radiation. Consequently the infrared radiation impinging on the product is virtually doubled, increasing the effectiveness of the heat output.
The reflection efficiency of gold coating is higher than white coating, while for the emitters with high watt density or the surface temperature of the tube above 800°C , we suggest to use ceramic coating as reflector because the temperature resistance is up to 1000°C .
In addition to 180° (half-tube) coating, we also manufacture 270° coating or other customer specified degrees.
