Fast Medium Wave Quartz Twin Tube Infrared Heaters Lamp IR Elements for BoPET Films Production
Fast Medium Wave Infrared Heaters have same product processing as short wave infrared lamps, It contains tungsten filament, helically wound, encased in quartz envelope. Tungsten as resistive element is capable of generating temperature in excess of 2750℃. Its response time is very rapid in 1second it emits over 90% of IR energy. It is by products free & pollution free. Heat focus is very accurate due to compact and narrow diameter of IR tubes. Fast medium wave infrared heaters can be used in various industrial applications.
Fast medium wave Quartz IR heating tube lamps with an improved output in the medium wave (2-4micron). Response times as fast as short wave, with a maximum power output of 120 kW/m2 and lengths up to 4meters.
Fast medium wave heaters can design twin tube IR emitters with different filament configurations. This allows extraordinary flexibility both in terms of heated area modularity and lead wire position. The picture below represents some of the most common filament configuration.
