AR14-Fiber Friction Coefficient Meter
Application Of Fiber Friction Coefficient Meter
Fiber Friction Coefficient Meter is used to measure the dynamic and static friction coefficient between various textile fibers. It can also measure the dynamic and static friction coefficient between fiber and metal or nitrile rubber.
Test principle Of Fiber Friction Coefficient Meter
Both ends of the single fiber were attached with equal pretension clamps and hung on the cylindrical measuring head of the instrument. When the cylindrical measuring head rotates, due to friction between the fiber and the cylinder surface, the pre-tensioning clamp at one end of the rotating direction of the cylinder will slide downwards and fall onto the torsion balance scale hook of the instrument, so as to measure the friction force. According to the friction relationship between a single rope and a cylinder: f/f0=eμθ can calculate the friction coefficient μ.
