Q1: How do you pack the products?
A1: We packed the solar panels by carton first, and then load in pallet. Stong and firm package will protect it safely after long-term sea shipment.
Q2:What's the trade term do you accept?
A2: We could accept FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
Q3: How do I pay?
A3: Both TT and LC are acceptable. TT will be more appreciated, 30% TT deposit before production, and 70% balanced before shipment.
Q4: What certificate do you offer?
A4: CE, IEC, CEC, ISO, INMETRO are available, if your country need other certificate, just feel free to let me know, we will support to apply for the relevant certificate for you.
Q5: What types of solar panel do you supply?
A5: There are mono-crystalline, poly-crystalline, bifacial dual glass, flexible, shingled type available for your choose.
