of the whole shoe during flexing.
Install
sample shoes on the testing machine and put a certain depth of water in the
tank to touch the shoes, then the posterior part shoe bending at certain angle
and frequency, simulate people walk in the water with the shoe, determine the
water permeability of the shoe.
