How do we control quality during the manufacturing process?
Casting Inspection:
Check the appearance, wall thickness, quantity, size and original material report etc. Must repair it meet MSS SP 55 before machining if unqualified.
Machining supervision:
Supervise the production process and find potential problems to avoid wrong production or wrong production design by randomly visiting the factory and checking the manufacturing process.
