803 RO Water Filter Treatment
Step 1 Prefiltration—The process starts with the advanced pre-filter which removes sediment and other particulate matter.
Step 2 Pre-carbon filter—The Pre-Carbon Filter removes unpleasant color, taste, odour and also removes chlorine from water. So, the water you get is not only healthy, it tastes good too.
Step 3 Reverse Osmosis—A thin film composite (TFC) high quality membrane that processes 200 gallons per day. It remove the following hard water contaminants that may be present in your water: lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium.
Step 4 Post carbon filter—This carbon post filter removes objectionable tastes and odors to enhance the quality of your drinking water. We are using NSF approved post carbon to guarantee the taste of water.

We have a dust-free workshop for the reverse osmosis membrane production.

The filter element is dust-free workshop. There are four production line in filter element workshop.
