Processing way: Dipping, or spray
1. Adding 50~150L MC-P5560 and 850~950L deionized water or soft water into 1000L tank. The chromic acid value is 10.4~31.3 in the aqueous.
Chromic acid value test method: Firstly, add 10ml aqueous into an Erlenmeyer flask.
2. Then add 50ml DI water and 20ml 50% H2SO4 aqueous. Add 1~2g KI follow. Using 0.1mol/L Na2S2O3 standard solution to titrate it. While the solution changes from reddish brown to yellowish-brown, add 2ml starch solution. The solution turns into dark blue. Then continue to use 0.1mol/L Na2S2O3 standard solution to titrate till dark blue disappears. The consumption volume of 0.1mol/L Na2S2O3 standard solution is the chromic acid value
3. Supplement: Add 4.7L (5.3KG) MC-P5560 into 1000L solution while the chromic acid value decreases by 1.
Note: Must wear safety glasses, rubber gloves and protective clothing of chemical pollution, avoid contact with skin, do not inhale vapors.

Remark: 1. The steel temperature: 50~80℃. 2. While spraying 3ml/m2 on the sheet surface, it can produce 10~28 mg/m2 anti-corrosion layer.

Storage and handling
Available in 200 kg/ barrel or 25 kg/ barrel
Storage period: 12-24 months in closed containers, shady and dry place
