This controller is mounted in the VME rack of the control module. It uses the VME bus to communicate with the turbine I/O board. This board comes in five different versions, the UCVD being one of them. The front faceplate of the IS215UCVDH2A has a lot of components installed on it. A UDH Ethernet port, two COM ports, and LPT1 port, a Genius cable plug, a reset switch, and several LED indicators are all included. There are two sets of status LEDs, one with six and the other with eight.
