The 2nd card is the main CPU, which unlike the bigger controls namely the 18/16/15 series, most functionally of the later 21-TB control is built into the board with lots of optional SMD plugin boards. This system supports 2 axis control and is normally fitted on a CNC lathes such as Colchester or Harrison, etc
