GE Fanuc IC693MDL655 is a 24 volt DC positive/negative logic input module. This module is designed for use with the 90-30 series programmable logic controllers. It has 32 discrete input points, divided into four groups of eight each. Each group is isolated and has a shared common point between eight points. All input points on the module operate at a maximum level of 30V. They can operate with positive or negative logic. This module has an optocoupler that provides backplane isolation between the field side and the logic side. This is in addition to being isolated from each group of inputs. There is an LED block at the top of the module, and each of the 32 points on the module has a corresponding On/Off status indicator. When using field devices with IC693MDL655, users can connect to a power supply or use an isolated+24 VDC power supply, which is available at the I/O connector of the module.
