IS200DAMAG1BCB Gate Drive Amplifier/Interface Board
The IS200DAMAG1BCB is a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) designed for use as a Gate Drive Amplifier/Interface Board in GE's innovative series of low voltage 620 frame drive systems. These drives can be used as part of GE's Mark VI Speedtronic system to control gas or steam industrial systems.The MKVI was one of the last Speedtronic systems released by the company after decades of research and development and multiple generations starting with the Mark I.
The IS200DAMAG1BCB is a neat board that works with both legs of the IGBT module. It connects to the upper and lower phase legs of the IGBT (typically CM1000HA-28 H Powerrex) via direct connections. The board also connects to the Bridge Personality Interface Board (BPIA) via multiple pins on two connectors, including a 12-pin vertical connector and a 6-pin vertical connector.
