Product Description:
The IS200ESELH1AAA board component is part of Mark VI Speedtronic control. This system is used for the management of steam/gas turbines. The Mark VI is one of several Speedtronic systems that has been distributed by General Electric since the late 1960s when the first Speedtronic system, the Mark I, was originally developed. The Mark VI can be built as either a TMR triple modular redundant or as a Simplex system depending on the complexity and size of the turbine system being controlled.
The IS200ESELH1AAA is an Exciter collector board. This board receives logic level gate pulses from the connected EMIO board. It can receive up to six of these gate pulse signals. The EMIO board is a VME board that manages the inputs and outputs of several terminal boards. Gate pulse signals are sent out to the EGPA exciter gate pulse amplifier board that is mounted in a different cabinet. A simplex system uses one ESEL board. A TMR system needs one board driven by M1 and another board connected to M2.
