The General Electric 531X111PSHARG3 card is a motor field control and power supply board. When developed, this card was made for the 531X series of replacement boards. Any number of drives and exciters manufactured by GE can have this card installed in its cabinet.
531X111PSHARG3 provides the drive with the necessary power supplies needed to properly operate. Supplies rated at 5 VDC, 15 VDC, and 24 VDC can all be produced by the card. Motor field circuitry found on the drive are powered by the card’s integrated pulse transformer. The card contains three relays, RUN (K1), MAX (K2), and FAULT (K3) to provide system control options.
