The DS200DSPCH1A DS200DSPCH1ADA is a Turbine Control LCI Card designed for use within the GE Mark V Speedtronic system. The DS200DSPCH1A DS200DSPCH1ADA board has a serial communication feature that provides asynchronous communication through a duplicate channel UART (universal asynchronous receiver/transmitter). Note that the DSPC model has two pushbutton switches on the front faceplate, the SW1 switch is used for a hard reset of the DSPC model, while the SW2 is used as a serial boot switch for the DSPC. When needing to use the reset pushbutton switches a pen/pencil will need to be used to press the switch.
The Digital Signal Processor Control Board number DS200DSPCH1A DS200DSPCH1ADA is primarily used to provide communications bandwidth and computational capacity, these features are used for directly controlling high-powered converter applications. The following applications are directly controlled applications, wind turbines, dynamometers, multi-bridge power converters, uninterruptible power sources (UPS), and active filters.
