The DS200TCPSG1AME from General Electric functions as a power supply card for the company’s Mark V turbine
control system.
The MKV is a Speedtronic system. Like other Speedtronic systems (Mark I through Mark VIe) the Mark V is
designed to offer industrial-level protection and control to gas and steam turbine systems.
The DS200TCPSG1AME lives within the <R> core of the Mark V system. It converts TCPD 125 VDC power
originating in the <PD> core to the voltages needed by other components and applications within the Mark V
system.
The DS200TCPSG1AME includes multiple fuses to protect components. It also includes multiple heat sinks to
dissipate heat from the board, resistor network arrays, TP test points, transformers, inductor coils, and several metal
oxide varistors. The board is factory drilled and has been marked with several codes and identifying marks. It also
carries the General Electric logo to assure authenticity.
