The GE Fanuc IC693CPU372 is a TCP/IP Ethernet Communications module. Like the CPU374 model, this module is designed to work with the Series 90-30 system. This enables it to respond to requests from devices such as PLC programming software, a Host computer that is running an SRTP application, or else another PLC acting as a client.

The IC693CPU372 Plus enables TCP/IP communications with a range of devices and controllers through its built-in enhanced Ethernet interface. This includes all Series 90, PACSystems, and VersaMax PLCs as well as host computers running the Host Communications Toolkit or CIMPLICITY software.
|

It can also communicate with computers running the TCP/IP version of the programming software. Its Ethernet processor speed is 200 MHz. This Ethernet interface also has SRTP server capability.
