General Electric IC693CPU374 CPU Module

The GE Fanuc Series 90-30 IC693CPU374 module comes with 2048 fixed discrete input and output points. It has a discrete global memory capacity of 1280 bits. The register memory of the module can be configurable anywhere from 128 to 32640 words. There are 28 fixed system registers present in the CPU with timers and counters.

The IC693CPU374 module has a power rating of 7.4 Watts and it is supplied with 5 Volts DC voltage. The environmental temperature should be set between 0 and 60 degrees Celsius for operation. When not in use, it can be stored at a temperature between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius.
