The IC693MDL730 comes with isolation between the field side and logic side amounting to 1500 Volts. Output channels have an inrush current rating of 9.4 Amperes for 10 ms; maximum output voltage drop of 12 Volts; maximum off-state leakage current of 1 mA along with a typical On and off response time of 2ms for each transition.
