The IC698RMX016 Redundancy Memory Xchange Module comes in the RX7i PACSystems series by GE Fanuc Automation. The purpose of this module is to operate as a node on a reflective memory network or as a specific link that attaches 2 CPUs in a redundant system. It is compatible with the 5565 line of memory devices and it can determine the amount of data sharing between a PLC and other computing devices.
The GE Fanuc Automation IC698RMX016 Redundancy Memory Xchange Module is meant to be installed in a single slot in the RX7i PACSystems rack it comes with a reflective memory capacity of 16 MB, and the software configuration is performed to the old node parameters to prepare them for the new applications.
