The camera cage is specially designed for protecting Sony A6500 camera, aluminum alloy constructed for light weight and durability. It comes with plenty of 1/4"-20 threaded holes that allows a lot of DIY attaching accessories, such as plate, tripod, monopod and so on. With the 1/4-20" screw at the bottom, the camera can be mounted and removed quickly. With the camera in the cage, you still have access to the SD card slot, battery compartment, and all camera controls, so you don't have to waste time removing the camera from the cage during a shoot.
