SZDF-400A heavy-duty bag machine for four-side & side & central-bottom sealing is widely used to produce four-side sealing bag, side sealing bag and central-bottom sealing bag for snacks package and tea packing. With better tightness and sealing, bags made in our machine will guarantee the intactness of goods.
Features:
●SZDF-400A heavy-duty bag machine for four-side & side & center-bottom sealing belongs to newly high-tech products made in our factory combining advanced technologies from domestic and overseas and practical experience for years.
●The machine is equipped with industrial PC control device, CRT display and feeding control system with double servo motors. Designed with photoelectric deviation correction device, it will test feeding process which runs in variable frequency.
●The machine adopts synchronous control between feeding analog quantity control and host analog quantity control to realize continuous feeding. Film is controlled automatically by consistent tension, and the machine use back forked side as four-side sealing device.
●The machine is designed with lifting-pressing multiple in-feed function to improve greatly operation availability, which mostly accords with practice of production and technique.
●Three-side-sealing bags made in the machine, characterized by vacuum and cooking package, are the newly ideal bag products among bags made in current domestic bag machines.
