GSDF-500A heavy-duty three-side-sealing bag machine is widely used to produce three-side-sealing bag under heavy duty device and feeding control system with double servo motors. According to requirements of clients, we will design and customize the details of the machine.

●Designed with photoelectric deviation correction device, the machine will test feeding process which runs in variable frequency. And the machine adopts synchronous control between feeding analog quantity control and host analog quantity control to realize continuous feeding.
●Advancements with reverse way of feeding trough hole for quarter trim panel and M-plate avoid problem of wire drawing in color printing side for three-side sealing as well as guarantee that film will be automatically controlled by consistent tension.
●The machine is designed with lifting-pressing multiple in-feed function to improve greatly operation availability, which mostly accords with practice of production and technique.
●Three-side-sealing bags made in the machine, characterized by vacuum and cooking package, are the newly ideal bag products among bags made in current domestic bag machines.
