Belt Color Sorter Working Principle
Coffee Cherry Color Sorter use a combination of cameras and computer algorithms to detect color of garlic. The machine then uses air jets to separate out any cherries that are not the desired color. This process is repeated until all of the cherries have been sorted into their respective colors.
