Q:Can you anodize 6061 aluminum?
A:Yes,Sure,we can do various anodized colors for your aluminum parts.
Q:Does anodizing add thickness?
A:Aluminum anodized thickness, the surface formed a thin layer of alumina, its thickness is 5 ~ 30 microns, hard anodized film can reach 25 ~ 150 microns.
Q:What is difference between CNC turning and milling?
A:The major differences are as follows:
1, CNC lathe is the workpiece rotation, tool movement.CNC milling machine is tool rotation, workpiece movement.
2, CNC lathe is mainly processed rotating body parts, CNC milling machine is suitable for processing other types of parts.
3. The numerical control system of the two is different.
4. The machine tool structure of the two is different.
5. The operation methods of the two are different.
6, CNC lathe spindle speed will not be very high, CNC milling machine spindle maximum speed is very high.
Q:What tolerances can I achieve with CNC machining?
A:Tolerance is the acceptable range of the size determined by the designer according to the shape, fit and function of the part. Unless specifically requested by the designer, the standard tolerance of JY machinery for CNC machining is +/-. 0005 "for metal parts and +/-. 002" for plastic parts.
