High precision steel strip coil circular slitting, trimming and shearing knife
Cirular knife is mainly used in coiling machine for metal sheet like mild steel, stainless steel, Aluminum, Copper, galvanized sjeet and cold or hot rolled plate trimming and slitting.
We have manufacturing capability of production slitting knife size up to 650mm at OD with material Cr12MoV, D2, M2, W18Cr4V, H13, H13K, H13Ni, HMB, LD, DC53, YG20 and so on.
Thickness could be well controlled with +/-0.001mm, and flatness could reach 0.001mm as well.
