Product features
■The UF 1000 can be combined with the RTD model and temperature sensor to become the energy meter of the heat and cold consumption of the metering supply, hot pipe, air conditioning and refrigeration pipe.
■Both plug-in and clip-on sensors are available, and a pair of sensors can be used for the common diameter.
■Ordinary standard plug-in sensor degrees of upper limit of 130 ℃.

Installation dimensions
Installation location
Measuring the full pipe state of the pipe is a prerequisite for the correct measurement of the flowmeter. If the gas volume is tight or a large number of bubbles are formed in the measuring tube, the error is increased. Therefore, please avoid the following installation locations.
The highest point of the pipeline, easy to accumulate air bubbles.
Install directly above the draining pipe.
Pipe down
In addition, in the downward drain pipe installed on the flow timing, it is recommended to install throttle orifice plate or a section of reducing pipe, to prevent pipe empty.
Installation direction
Vertical pipe
If it is necessary to install the sensor on a straight pipe, it is recommended to select the pipe whose flow direction is from bottom to top (view A) to select this installation position. When the pipe is in a static state, the solids in the pipe are suspended and the gas is suspended. Will rise, away from the sensor, such a camp can completely hang the air, and will not produce solid adhesion.
Horizontal pipeline
If it is necessary to mount the sensor on a horizontal pipe, it is recommended to install it in the area C shown in (View B) to avoid gas and air accumulation at the top of the pipe and the effect of deposits at the bottom of the pipe on the measurement.
Front and rear straight pipe sections
When conditions permit, the sensor can be installed in a position to avoid valves, tees, elbows and other pipe fittings. In the presence of two or more disturbance sources, the length of the front and rear straight pipe segments recommended for the strongest disturbance sources should be observed. It is recommended to ensure the length of front and rear straight pipe segments as recommended in the figure on the right to ensure that the measurement accuracy specification is met.
