Description:
The boiler is composed of a boiler and a furnace. The upper water-holding part is the boiler, and the lower heating part is the furnace. The integrated design of the boiler and the furnace is called the boiler. The boiler defined in the "Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment" refers to equipment that uses various fuels, electricity or other energy sources to heat the contained liquid to certain parameters and output thermal energy to the outside.
A high-pressure boiler is a boiler whose steam gauge pressure is higher than 5.88MPa but lower than 9.81MPa. The temperature of the superheated steam is roughly 510~540℃, and the evaporation capacity is generally 200~400t/h. Most of them are made of single-tube water tube boilers.

Floating header means quick start. The T·SUN LSS boiler produces rapid steam 5 minutes or less after a cold start. The LWS boiler requires 1 to 1.5 hours of start-up time. T·SUN's unique design greatly saves time and fuel.

The second separation is in the upper header and baffle
Finally, it is separated in a cyclone separator.
