Mud Standpipe Manifolds
Our mud standpipe manifolds are designed and manufactured to customer requirements and are fully certified in accordance with API standards.
The mud standpipe manifold is installed downstream of the mud pumps with the purpose of diverting the flow of drilling fluids toward the drill line or drill string. An adjustable choke can be installed to bleed pressure off the drill pipe, to reduce shock when breaking circulation in wells where loss of circulation is a problem, and to bleed off pressure between BOPs during stripping operations. Pressure ratings up to 7,500 psi are available.
High Pressure Mud Circulation Manifolds
The high pressure mud circulation manifolds consist of mud gate valve, high pressure hammer union, tees, crosses, elbow, high pressure hose, pup joints and pressure gauges. The design and manufacturing conforms to API standards.
Choke and Kill Manifold
Choke and kill manifold are the important well control device for petroleum drilling to implement balanced drilling. It can effectively control kick and overflow, prevent pay zone contamination and increase rate of penetration.
