What Is Garolite G10/FR4?
Garolite G10/FR4 is a thermoset glass-reinforced laminate first introduced in the 1950s. It is made from an alkali-free electrical glass cloth that has been impregnated with an epoxy resin and treated with pressure and heat. The result is a product that is strong and stable and meets UL 94V-0 standards for flame retardance.
