Nano palladium has high surface activity and has been widely used in microelectronic materials, such as thick film paste of electronic industry, preparation of thick film silver-palladium conductor paste, and internal and external electrode materials of multilayer ceramic capacitor.
Application of Palladium Nanoparticle:
1. Nano palladium powder can be used as a good hydrogen storage material. On the other hand, nano-palladium powder is an indispensable material for thick film conductor paste. The main use of palladium powder in thick film conductor paste is conductor paste. Resistance to drought resistance increases the number of welds. The quality of nano-palladium powder directly affects the quality of the conductor paste.
2. The main use of palladium in the industry is as a catalyst and both are related to the hydrogenation or dehydrogenation process. In addition, palladium-containing fine chemical products play an important role in the production of electronic components. The palladium-containing compound is applied to the surface of the device by electroplating or slurrying to impart specific electrical properties to the device.
Storage conditions:
Palladium Nanoparticle should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
