Barium ferrite is a permanent magnetic material excellent in high magnetocrystalline anisotropy, high coercivity, and chemical stability, and is therefore widely used in permanent magnets, magnetic recording materials, magnetic tapes, and magnetic disks. The magnetic properties of barium ferrite are closely related to its microstructure. When the grain size of barium ferrite reaches its single domain critical size, its coercive force reaches a maximum value.
Application of BaFe12O19 powder:
It is used in banking credit cards, public transport monthly tickets, subway tickets, tourist attraction tickets, railway tickets, and telephone cards. This product has the characteristics of suitable coercivity, narrow particle size distribution, magnetic powder particle shape and good temperature stability.
Storage conditions:
BaFe12O19 powder should be sealed and stored in a dry and cool environment. It should not be exposed to the air for a long time, to prevent agglomeration due to moisture, affecting the dispersion performance and use effect, and should avoid heavy pressure, do not contact with oxidant, and transport according to ordinary goods.
