Application for Boron Nitride(BN)
Nanopowder:
1. Condition of high temperature
special electrolysis, resistance material.
2. Solid lubricant. Used as high
temperature lubricant and release agent.
3. Transistor heat-seal desiccating
agent, plastic resin and other polymer additive.
4. Used as high temperature, high
pressure, insulation and heat dissipation component. Mould pressing BN can be
made high-temperature crucible and other products. Can be used as super hard
material. Be suitable for geological prospecting, the oil drilling bit and
high-speed cutting tools.
5. Aerospace industry heat shield
material. Used in high pressure and frequency electric, plasma arc insulators,
automatic welding thermal stability stents coating, high-frequency induction
furnace material, semiconductor solid admixtures, atomic reactor structure
materials, prevent neutron radiation packing materials, radar pass-through box,
radar antenna medium, composition of rocket engine, etc.
