R&D
We have a R&D department with 5 engineers, having an average of 7years experience. They research and develop our
equipment, including the mixer, assembly line,dresser and knurling machine etc. We develop at least one new product
every month & could prepare OEM samples for you.
QC
We have a QC department with 3 technicians who have 4years experience in average. The products are inspected
before export and ensure they meets standard.
Some of them are tested by third party.

Q: How long is the service lifetime of WPC products?
A: It is about 25-30 years under ideal situations.
Q: Do WPC products need painting? What color can you provide?
A: As the difference with the wood,WPC products themselves own color,they need extra painting. Generally,we provide 8 main colors
as Cedar,yellow,red pine,red wood,brown,coffee,light grey , blue grey. And also,we can make special color per your request.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: It will be different according to the quantity.Generally it is about 7-10 days for one 20ft container.
Q: Which payment term will you accept?
A: Payment term is T/T, Western Union and so on.
