The type of polyester used with these lanyards has a smooth, silky, ribbon-like feel and premium quality appearance.
The lanyard background colour and any logos, text or branding is all printed onto the polyester
at time of manufacture using a dye sublimation process where inks are sublimated into the lace.
This method of printing enables near photo quality images to be added to the lanyards.
A CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow and black) process is used meaning close pantone colour matching is possible.
