High speed disperser
1) High speed dissolver adopts stepless speed meeting various process requirements.
2) It is laminar condition below the dispersing disc when the equipment is working resulting in material dispersing. The high shear disperser is equipped with hydraulic lifting device , capable to rotate with 360 degree.
3) When the disperser is working, turbulent flow would be formed generating high shear and impact power to materials.
Working Process
1) Powerful centrifugal force push the material into the gap of blade. Meanwhile, the materials are squeezed by centrifugal power,fricted by liquid layers and impacted by liquid power, resulting in initial dispersing.
2) Blade of Paint Dispersion Machine High Speed produce 15m/s line speed when the disperser is working, materials are thrown out of the blade at the meantime of liquid power's shear,liquid layer's friction,etc.
3)Process repeats several times and finally complete the dispersing process.
