High Speed Dry Laminating Machine Double Variable Frequency Motors Drive

High speed dry laminating machine adopts gluing type through direct anilox roll, designed with double variable frequency motors to drive machine and double frequency converters to speed up and down.

7. Drying device

(1) Top cap is covered with insurance

(2) The oven has a total length of 8 meters, which is divided into 4 sections, with outside electric heating device

●Guide rollers of oven lay out in arch

●All of Guide rollers for oven are main transmission rollers

(3) Heating box

●Each section is equipped with external heating case with finned heating tube in stainless steel

●Blower for heating case: 2.2kw, adjustable blowing rate

(4) Exhausting tube

●Exhausting rate of each section of drying box is adjusted by air door

(5) Tension control system

●Pressure swing arm is installed in oven entrance

●Tension control mode: synchronizer control floating roller, imported accurate pressure release valve stabilizes tension

(6) Deviation correction in entrance of oven (deviation correction system)

●ultrasonic servo deviation correction device is installed in entrance of oven
