High Speed Heavy Duty Four Side Central Bottom Sealing Bag Machine

The heavy duty four side central bottom sealing bag machine is utilized to produce four-side sealing bag, side sealing bag and central-bottom sealing bag under main motor with 3.7kw frequency converter.

Application:

GZDF-600C heavy-duty bag machine for four-side & side & central-bottom sealing is widely used to produce four-side sealing bag, side sealing bag and central-bottom sealing bag for food package and snacks packing. With better tightness and sealing, bags made in our machine will ensure the intactness of goods.

Ultrasonic controller for discharging for 1 set

Frequency conversion discharging control system with consistent tension (for 1 set with 0.75kw variable frequency)

Discharging tension controller (to control magnetic powder brake) for 1 set

1. Discharging device

Structure type: horizontal station (composed of magnetic powder brake, cylinder, swing roll, frequency converter, motor and control system)

Drive: discharging motor + reduction gearbox +sprocket wheel + roller drive

Transmission: eccentric mechanism with connecting rod’s vertical movement

Numbers: 3 groups with length of 800mm + 480 cooling device (equipped with hot cutters that 1 for 10mm and 4 for 15mm)

5. Traverse sealing device

Structure: hot press structure arrayed in horizontal

Drive: main motor drives power rod

Transmission: eccentric mechanism with connecting rod’s vertical movement

Numbers: 4 groups

Length: 640mm (equipped with hot cutters that 4 for 10mm and 4 for 20mm)

6. Film traction device

Structure: pressed & friction structure with rubber roller

Drive: digital AC servo system

Transmission: synchronous belt and synchronous pulley running at gear ratio of 1∶2.5

Traction: friction drawing & intermittent movement from 2 groups of rubber roller in upper and lower

Control mode: PLC control & synchronous fixed length and middle tension control

Detection mode: proximity switch provides signals such as upper and lower limit of frame

7. Middle tension

Structure: tension structure with air-pressure & floating roller

Control mode: PLC centralized control

Control mechanism: movement tendency of floating roller

Detection mode: low-level effective proximity switch (NPN)

Tension adjusted range: 0-0.6Mpa of air pressure, compensation range of mid-traction motor: 5-10mm (set by computer)

8. Main transmission device

Structure: push-pull four-bar linkage structure with crank rocker

Drive: frequency conversion drive in power of 3.7kw

Transmission: main drive motor moves gear reducer at 1∶15

Control mode:

Motion mode: main motor drives lever and frame to move in vertical

9. Automatically positioning device

11. Cutter

Adjustment: by hand wheel to move cutters along tangent and both ends of cutters can move independently

12. Multiple in-feed device

Structure: connecting rod fixed on cylinder to finish stretching motion

Drive: DC 24V drive solenoid valve with short-circuit protection

Motion type: asynchronous and combined motion for 3 groups of traverse sealing

Multiple in-feed numbers: 2-6 multiple material feeding (set on touch screen)

13. Punching device

Structure: pneumatic machine-oriented punch-pin structure on arch base

Control mode: PLC centralized control

Drive: DC 24V drive solenoid valve with short-circuit protection

Punching base: rail-supported & pneumatic mechanism oriented arch base with horizontal fine tuning structure
