Machine Characteristics
- The machine can perfectly process the EPE foam & Bubble film into three-sides sealing pouch. Equipped with automatic waste winding device.
- This machine adopts a full digital AC servo drive. The host incoming material and feeding can be frequency control. It is easy to operate and precise controlling. The finished bag is sealed firmly.
- This machine is specially used for processing laminating & non-laminating PE Foam in bags , it can also be used for heat sealing and cutting Bubble film. It is an ideal equipment for making cushioning package bags of electronic component bags, wooden handicraft bags, LCD screen, etc.
- Computer color chasing, arbitrary fixed length, step-size photoelectric tracking, with punching holding frame. Micro Computer control, automatic counting & a counting alarm can be set.
- Automatic thermostatic heat sealing, the sealing edge is firm and smooth.
- Automatic lifting and discharging platform is optional.
