The Performance of Aluminum Nitride Nanopowders:
1. High thermal conductivity (about 320W / m ·K), close to the BeO and SiC, is more than five times of Al2O3;

Application for Aluminum Nitrides Nanopowders:

2. Heat conducting silicon and thermalconductive epoxy resin.
3. Nano lubricant and antiwear agent.
