High viscosity liquid transfer pumps for paste

Bonve lobe pump plays a very important role in feeding high viscosity liquids, we named this pump as high viscosity liquid transfer pump. With enlarged rectangular inlet allows highly viscous products such as semi-solid pastes or mixtures containing semi-solid pieces to be pumped, such as meet slurry, sausage, paste etc.




With the characteristics of volume pump, low rotation speed, high output torque, Bonve lobe pump plays a very important role in feeding high viscosity liquids, we named this pump as high viscosity liquid transfer pump. Bonve lobe pump has a unique operation principle, matching a powerful driving system with low speed, ensures liquid feeding consistently, without stagnancy. With enlarged rectangular inlet, semi-solid pastes or mixtures containing semi-solid pieces can be pumped. Viscosity can reach 1,000,000CP.



WORKING PRINCIPLE FOR ROTARY LOBE PUMPS

The even rotation of the rotor pair creates a vacuum on the priming side of the pump, which can be defined by the direction of rotation of the drive. This vacuum draws the liquid into the pump chamber. With further rotation, the pumped medium is conveyed past the pump wall into the pressure area. Up to six chamber charges are displaced with each drive rotation– depending on the rotor type. When the rotor is at a standstill, the pump seals off almost completely.

DRIVING TYPE


Step-less speed regulator +motor: The speed regulator changes the speed by manual adjustment, which is safe, reliable and infinitive flow adjustment. But the non-automatic adjustment is also troublesome. Speed regulating should be done in operation not in shut-off state.


Gear reducer + motor: the driving is easy with constant rotary speed of the rotor, which also leads to non adjustability of flow.


Frequency transformed motor + transducer: it realizes both automatic adjusting and infinitive adjustment of flow. It is highly automatic and has large torque in low speed.
