The 1769-DPM is Network Interface Module.The RIF 1769 module expands the functionality of Automation`s
CompactLogix family of processors to include PROFIBUS. These modules support
both I/O control and messaging, thus integrating DPV0 and DPV1 functionality into
CompactLogix.
Hilscher is an active participant on the Automation Encompass Program
and has developed the RIF 1769 PROFIBUS modules with Licenses and Technology
from Automation.
