The 51303979-500 is a I/O Link Interface Card.The Enhanced Programmable Logic Controller Gateway (EPLCG) is housed in a standard
TotalPlant Solution (TPS) Dual Node Module. A unique functional circuit board
(EPLCI), an input/output card (EPLCI I/O), and a special interlink cable for redundant EPLCGs have been added to this standard module.
In addition to the boards within the module, there are
also companion input-output (I/O) boards mounted in a chassis on the rear of the module.
The I/O boards facilitate interconnection of the module to the LCN or with the Data Hiway,
Universal Control Network (UCN), external devices, and communication lines.
