The FC-PSU-UNI2450U V1.0 module is Power Supply Module.The module has a 24V output circuit to power its three general purpose (24 Vdc) inputs (see Figure 166 on page 281). The inputs require a contact in the field and will stay operational even if the 24 Vdc of one of the Control Processors is switched off.
The input of proximity switch signals to the SDIL-1608 module needs to be converted to a level that is suitable for the SDIL-1608 module.The power for the connected field devices is supplied by an on-board DC/DC converter common to all sixteen channels. LEDs on the front of the module indicate the status of the channel, loop and module diagnostics.
