As one perfect combination of the vertical XYB760 type packaging machine and XYJ-Z type weighing machine,HP-Z50 packaging machine can achieve fully automatic in the process of weighing, filling and packaging with higher speed, precision, and capacity but less manpower.
The driven core composed of programmable PLC system, servo power driven system and pneumatic executive system, carries out multiple functions of counting, date printing, nitrogen filling (air outlet),product conveying through man-machine interface of the liquid touch screen in the weighing, packaging process.
Different feed types( e.g. vibrating feed, belt conveyor, screw feeder), different bucket model (single bucket, double-bucket ,four-bucket, six-bucket) and fitting certain combined scale can be used to achieve automatic weighing package. To avoid residue from hopper during weighing and that of clamping, a closed load weighing hopper is designed for weighing machinery.
Die and horizontal sealing for servo motor are equipped to packaging machine to ensure operation stability and flatness accordingly. In addition, it adopts optical fiber identification signal transmission, and has function of the high-precision encoder confirmation.
