General Description
Hydraulic test equipment is used in the factory inspection and function inspection of blowout preventer(BOP), Christmas tree, wellhead and choke & kill manifold and other products.

Design Features:
1. Take water or oil as testing medium and hydraulic test between 30Mpa and 210Mpa could be done.
2. The entire test process is automatically controlled by a computer, and all test settings and operations can be completed in the console, or manually control of each valve from a distance. In such way to achieve an all-round unmanned pressure testing site.
3. The computer will automatically generate pressure, time curve, real-time display, and save all data, print test reports at any time.
4. Both computer-controlled automatic and manual relief operations are available. It's more safe and reliable.

Function
1. Manual
(1) Normal start, pump works.
(2) The hydraulic signal is uploaded and parameters such as time and pressure are displayed on the screen.
(3) Relieve the pressure normally at the given time.
(4) Relieve the pressure in an emergency.
2. Automatic
(1) After starting (click on the "Start" button), it will automatically start, pump works.
(2) When the pressure is reached, the low and high-pressure liquid pumps are automatically stopped.
(3) The hydraulic signal is uploaded and parameters such as time and pressure are displayed on the screen.
(4) Relieve the pressure normally at the given time.
(5) Relieve the pressure in an emergency.
3. Other functions
(1) Print the test process, and record its value and curve separately.
(2) When the pressure of the air source is out of control and rises abnormally, the safety head blasting stops working to protect the hydraulic components.
