Aluminum Nitride is a high-performance ceramic material that can withstand high temperatures and harsh environments, making it ideal for a range of industrial and electronic applications. Therefore, the high thermal conductivity of aluminum nitride ceramics allows them to efficiently dissipate heat and protect sensitive electronic components from thermal damage.
Submounts are ceramic LED package bases that minimize thermal resistance between LED junctions and adjacent components. So it is well suited for LED package.
