Quartz is one of the hardest, most abundant minerals found in nature. In addition to its beauty, the quartz gives the surface extreme strength, making quartz surfaces highly scratch-resistant. Quartz Stone offers a very uniformed look in appearance, so that you know each and every slab will be the same unlike other types of materials such as Marble. With Marble, for example, you can never be sure what you will be getting as it has not been man made. The natural properties of quartz crystals and the engineering process give quartz countertops many valuable benefits and characteristics. If you want to get creative with your kitchen countertops, quartz is a good choice.
Generally, Quartz countertops are quite simple to keep up with, in light of the fact that they are in certainty, nonporous material. This makes cleaning simple. When it comes to quartz, no sealing, polishing or reconditioning is required. To clean this type of surface, simply wash with soap and warm water or non-abrasive cleaned. In the other hand, being the situation, you don’t need to worry a whole lot about citrus juices, wine, and oil, coffee. Marble and granite rock are permeable so this implies they absorb fluids, in contrast to quartz.
The Production Process:
1. The process begins with a strict inspection of raw materials.
2. The natural quartz raw material and polymer resins and inorganic pigments are put into the mixers and mix together.
3. After mixing, pour them into a mold and form them into slab size.
4. Pressing: Then the slab is compacted by a special vacuum and vibration process at pressure machine.
5. Then the slab is moved to the curing kiln and heated for a period time to make their final strenth and srurdiness.
6. Cut edges, flat , thicknessing and polishing surface to perfect finished.
7. Finally, through quality inspection and plastic film packaging.
